A native of the Chicago suburbs, he performed the majority of his extensive training in the city that he loves. Following medical school, Dr. Eggerstedt was the long surgeon accepted to the RUSH University Medical Center residency in Head and Neck Surgery. There he performed over 3,000 procedures focused exclusively within the face, head, and neck.
