Tiffany Tunnell is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specialized in Gastroenterology at New Orleans East Hospital. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Xavier University of New Orleans, a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Georgia State University, and a Master’s of Nursing at LSU Health Science Center of New Orleans. She received her Family Nurse Practitioner certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has been working in Health care since 2007, and has been in Gastroenterology Care for over 10 years. She has many years of experience treating several digestive disorders, and has a special interest in treating irritable bowel syndrome, gastroparesis, and constipation. She became a nurse practitioner to provide high quality care to all patients, with a special heart for the underserved population.
